REFUND/ EXCHANCE POLICY

It is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with stylish and top quality leather and cotton apparels at affordable cost. In case, you are not satisfied with our product, you may either return or exchange them. However, any return or exchange must be in accord to the below given policy guidelines:

 

REFUND/ EXCHANCE POLICY ON STANDARD US/UK SIZES

A refund is applicable in either of the two scenarios:

1)Wrong product

2)Wrong size

In case you receive a wrong product, sidrahleather will take ownership of re-shipping the correct one bearing all additional shipping charges. We offer refund or exchange in such a case. Kindly note, refund is processed only after we receive the product back from the customer in stated condition.

If a customer receives wrong size apparel, we will alter it to his or her specific size with no additional cost. One may even opt to have it altered by their local tailor. For it, an alteration credit of $50 for leather jacket and $25 for leather pant can be provided. To avail such alteration credit, you would need to send us photographic evidences for us to review the same.

EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

The new order you place with us should have the same value or more than the product ordered earlier. In case, you opt for a product with a value lower than the value of the product ordered earlier, leatherfads will issue you a credit note for the remaining amount. There will be no cash refund. The credit note issued will be valid or 6 months.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOM TO FIT SIZE

Refund or exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders. Nevertheless, if you receive a wrong order due to our flaw, we will reship the correct product and any additional shipping charge will be borne by us.

ATTENTION!

  • 1)Request for refund or exchange should be made within 10 days of your receiving the order.
  • 2)Used items shall not receive any refund.
  • 3)Please return the item in question in its original condition and packaging, along with its tags.
  • 4)Include all paperwork like receipt and other relevant documents when returning the product.
  • 5)Kindly allow some time for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
  • 6)We advise customers to insure their return package as LeatherFads does not undertake responsibility of lost shipping, if any.
